im so excited to share my little milestone with crochet. I made myself a silly little handbag ๐๐ท its very smol very cute much dainty. Super happy and proud of this bean! I followed this tutorial by Crochet Pink Pumpkin on youtube. Since im a beginner i really wanted to use what materials i already have instead of buying what was needed, as a result i had to improvise a lot. I used a smaller hook then improvised the pocket on the front. Crocheting with blanket yarn was so enjoyable. its
very soft and fluffy! The texture alone makes me so happy. It's the assembling and sewing together of different parts that took the longest time, i didnt have fabric clips and no knowledge how to properly sew. Then of course my smooth brain math didnt help at all with the adjustments. So yeah, it took some time but i'll happily do it again. There's much I want to improve on, like sewing zippers and making a bag strap. Creating things with my own hands bring me so much joy and fulfillment. I can't wait to crochet more beautiful soft trinkets and stuff ๐
